The company was founded by Mike Hayes, a well respected Executive Search Professional with over 17 years of experience providing Executive and Board Advisory Services to both clients and candidates. Mike has extensive experience in the identification, targeting and placement of senior Executives and Directors within the Government, Not for Profit, Building/Construction, Engineering, Environmental, Infrastructure, Utilities (water, gas, elect, power) and Resource sectors.  He commenced his Executive Search career with a national specialist search firm learning from some of Australia’s most successful Executive Search professionals. Mike has worked as a CEO, Director and Equity Partner with a deep understanding of businesses and how to attract and retain key people.

Mike has developed a strong reputation with matching technical, commercial, business and management skill sets for Board Directors and Executives for many of Australia’s leading Companies and organisations. His understanding of matching client and candidate requirements, drawing on his strong knowledge of market conditions, as well as cultural alignment ensures for a high level of success for every assignment undertaken.
